Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription billing
Paid services may be billed monthly, annually, or according to another billing cycle shown at checkout, in an invoice, proposal, or written agreement. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize United AI Group and its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
2. Automatic renewal disclosure
Before purchase, we aim to disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any trial terms. By completing purchase, you agree that your subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel by using the cancellation method available in your account or by emailing contact@unitedaigroup.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." Include your name, business name, billing email, phone number, and service plan.
4. Effect of cancellation
Cancellation stops future recurring billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid, setup fees, current billing cycle fees, third-party fees, usage fees, completed work, or custom implementation work. After cancellation, services, AI agents, phone numbers, workflows, accounts, integrations, and access may be disabled, paused, deleted, or disconnected.
5. Setup fees and implementation work
Setup fees, onboarding fees, implementation fees, consulting fees, workflow fees, prompt engineering fees, training fees, and configuration fees are generally non-refundable once work begins unless required by law or stated in writing.
6. Trials and promotional offers
Trial terms will be shown at checkout or in writing. If a trial requires a payment method and converts into a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid future charges. Low-cost trials, including any $2 trial offer, may be limited in time, features, support, setup, usage, or deliverables.
7. Refund requests and chargebacks
To request a refund, email contact@unitedaigroup.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your name, business name, billing email, invoice number if available, payment date, and reason. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or written agreement. Before filing a chargeback, contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
