Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum applies when United AI Group LLC processes personal information, customer data, lead data, CRM data, call data, chat data, or other information on behalf of a business client. The client is generally the business, controller, or data owner; United AI Group is generally a service provider, processor, or vendor depending on applicable law and service configuration.

United AI Group will process client data to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support the services, and as otherwise instructed by the client or permitted by agreement. The client is responsible for ensuring instructions are lawful, accurate, and consistent with privacy laws.

United AI Group will limit access to client data to personnel, contractors, and vendors who need access and are subject to confidentiality obligations or appropriate restrictions. United AI Group will use commercially reasonable safeguards. The client authorizes United AI Group to use vendors and subprocessors for hosting, AI, telephony, SMS, email, payment, CRM, analytics, automation, storage, support, and security.

The client must not provide protected health information, financial account information, government ID numbers, children's data, biometric data, or other sensitive regulated information unless a separate written agreement authorizes that processing and required safeguards are in place.

If United AI Group receives a privacy request relating to client data, we may direct the requester to the client or reasonably assist the client. If we become aware of a security incident involving client data, we will notify the client as required by law or written agreement. Upon termination, United AI Group may return, delete, disable, or retain client data according to service configuration, legal obligations, backup practices, third-party platform limitations, and written agreements.
