Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of United AI Group services. You may not use the services in a way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with these policies.

You may not use the services for fraud, scams, identity theft, phishing, malware, hacking, unauthorized access, deceptive impersonation, evasion of security controls, unlawful marketing, unlawful robocalls, unlawful robotexts, spam, harassment, discrimination, fake reviews, fake testimonials, misleading claims, false urgency, fake scarcity, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

You may not submit or process sensitive information unless a written agreement authorizes it and safeguards are in place. You may not use the services to make decisions about credit, lending, housing, employment, education, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, public benefits, criminal justice, or access to essential services without appropriate legal review, human oversight, and written approval.

You may not interfere with or disrupt the services, bypass usage limits, probe or scan systems, reverse engineer services, introduce malware, overload infrastructure, scrape without permission, or access accounts or data without authorization.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access. We may report unlawful activity to authorities or affected parties where appropriate and preserve information for legal, security, or enforcement purposes.
