AI voice agents, automated calls, prerecorded messages, recordings, and transcriptions may require consent or disclosure depending on location and context. You are responsible for consent, disclosures, do-not-call procedures, and avoiding unlawful robocalls. AI voice systems must not impersonate real people, clone voices without consent, mislead recipients, or make deceptive claims.

We may suspend, disable, or refuse any campaign, workflow, phone number, script, message, or automation that appears unlawful, deceptive, abusive, risky, complaint-generating, or inconsistent with third-party provider rules.
