1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how United AI Group LLC collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you visit UnitedAIGroup.com, contact us, book a consultation, purchase services, use our AI systems, connect third-party tools, or interact with our websites, forms, automations, chatbots, voice agents, and related services.

5. AI processing
Some services use third-party AI model providers or AI infrastructure. Information may be processed to generate responses, transcripts, summaries, classifications, recommendations, automations, or other outputs. We do not intentionally use identifiable Client Content to train AI systems for unrelated clients unless you agree in writing or the information is de-identified or aggregated. Do not submit highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless the applicable plan and written safeguards support that use.
6. Sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information, biometric data, precise geolocation, children's information, criminal history, or other regulated information unless expressly authorized in writing. For healthcare or dental clients, do not submit protected health information unless a separate Business Associate Agreement and written healthcare data agreement are in place.
9. Client responsibility for customer data
If you provide customer data, lead lists, CRM data, call recordings, transcripts, or contact information, you are responsible for privacy notices, consents, lawful bases, opt-out handling, data accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws. You represent that you have the right to provide that information to us and use it with the services.
10. Data retention
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve services, maintain backups, prevent fraud, and support business operations. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, service configuration, legal requirements, and operational needs.
11. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your accounts, devices, third-party tools, connected systems, passwords, and access permissions.
